Enhancing Combat Effectiveness and Convenience
with a 360° Camera System

Local Situational Awareness System (LSAS) camera technology utilizes advanced imaging to equip tanks with multiple high-precision cameras. These cameras seamlessly integrate their feeds to provide combatants with a real-time, 360-degree field of view. This system offers a customized, real-time 360-degree surveillance solution tailored to the needs of all armored vehicles. It supports switchable views, including bird’s-eye, rear, left, right, and front perspectives.

The primary purpose of a 360-degree camera system is to visualize the vehicle's surrounding environment and help the crew detect potential threats from a distance. AQUILA 360, the Local Situational Awareness System (LSAS), focuses on short to medium ranges (25m to 250m). It utilizes a minimum of six ruggedized cameras mounted at various locations on the vehicle. When connected to a video distribution system, it transmits the 360-degree image to multiple screens for use by crew members and operators, including the driver, gunner, and commander. Sharing critical information digitally saves time, fosters better collaboration, and enhances combat effectiveness.
